Joint green certificate market Norway and Sweden postponedNorway will not meet the deadline of linking up to the Swedish green certificate market on 1st January 2007. That was the outcome of a ministerial meeting between Norwegian energy minister Odd Roger Enoksen and his Swedish colleague Mona Sahlin last week.
