Council: No certificates for target counting
Last Tuesday the energy working group preparing a final view of the Council of ministers on the energy part of the Climate Action package of the European Commission had another meeting. The Council decided to work further on the proposal from Germany, the UK and Poland about the trade of renewable energy. Read more
