Launch of Energy and Climate package postponed until January

The publication of the energy and climate legislation, concerning renewable energy, climate policies and biofuels, originally due on 5 December, will be delayed by at least one month. President Barroso of the Commission wants to be able to take into account the results of the Bali Climate Summit that will end in mid-December.
